For engagement sessions- I come to you. Wherever you are.

We can shoot in your home, at your favorite landmark. Any space that exists that is special or simply attractive to your eye(s). New York City is nothing if not a fabulous backdrop.

All shoots are on location, at the location of your choice ( within my base location of Manhattan ). All locations that require me to travel outside of my base of Manhattan will incur a travel fee based upon the distance from my studio.

Do you require a retainer? / / Why do you require a retainer?

In order to secure a session with me, you must provide me with a retainer. This retainer covers my time, the forfeiture of future sessions, and personal schedule adjustments made by me in an attempt to accommodate your specific date/time request. If you do not feel comfortable providing me with a retainer, I am not the photographer for you.

My 50% retainer is due at the time of the session date confirmation and is (mostly) non-refundable. This clause is not without reason though, so if you find yourself needing to cancel and cannot reschedule (because you are from out of town, or for any other valid emergency-type reason) I'm happy to provide you with a full or partial refund.

If your session is taking place outdoors- In case of rain, we will reschedule. I do not shoot in the rain. (Unless that is part of the creative vision that we have discussed prior to the shoot.) If you are unable to reschedule because you are coming into NYC from out of town I'll happily refund your money.

If the cancelation is being made by me/you due to weather (or if I cancel for any reason), I'm happy to provide you with a full refund.

I recommend 1-2 looks per hour with the cap at 2.

Because engagement sessions usually take place on-location/outdoors, if opting for multiple looks, please be sure that you will have access to an area in which you can comfortably change clothing.

I photograph one location per hour. If the 2nd location has a different address It must be accommodated with an additional hours reservation.

I'm currently a Manhattan-based photographer and will only venture outside of Manhattan for shoots if my transpiration is covered. Inquire for more details.

You will receive an online gallery link with all of your photographs within (maximum) two weeks. This gallery will remain available for you to view, download, and share your photographs for 4 months.

If you'd like to receive more photographs than your Engagement Collection allows, I'm happy to provide them to you at a fee of $15 per photograph.

No. I do not sell or give away any raw (unedited) files. My work is not complete until I edit the image and I do not sell unedited work.

Photographs delivered to you will be retouched to adjust minor blemishes, color, light, and the overall look and feel of the image.

If you desire any further manipulation of your images please feel free to let me know.

Advanced retouching can be provided at an additional cost of $25-$35 per image.

Non-emergency cancelations without 48-hour notice will attempt to be rescheduled, but not refunded.

Cancelations that happen with 48-hour notice provided will be fully refunded.

I'm not unreasonable in regards to running late for a photo shoot, I get it. That said, if you are going to be anything more than 10-15 minutes late please let me know as soon as you start to suspect this is going to be the case. You can inform me via text/phone using the phone number provided during the reservation process.
